Returns & exchanges

You have 14 days after delivery to return non-perishable items in original packaging. Fresh produce (fruit, vegetables, eggs, juices) cannot be accepted for food-safety reasons, except if they arrive damaged.

How to proceed

Request a return by email (hello@quintaverdeoeste.pt). Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 business days of farm receipt.
