Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil from century-old trees near Torres Vedras, with ripe fruit and gentle bitterness.
We harvest olives at peak ripeness and press them within 24 hours. The result is an extra virgin oil with acidity below 0.3%, with aromas of fresh herbs and green tomato.
Excellent for salads, toasted bread or finishing grilled vegetables. Bottled on the farm in a 500 ml dark glass bottle.
